How to clear up listener etc after your UPS was not as uninterruptable as you thought

The solution is to run the SPYCRTDTAQ command.

This will rebuild all of our data queues.  

Add the program and data libraries to your library list.  

ADDLIBLE DOCMGROBJ (or SPYVIEW / SPYGLASS)
ADDLIBLE DOCMGRDTA   (or SPYDATA )

End the listener if running.  

SPYCRTDTAQ DTAQ(*ALL)  

Start the listener.
